Out on Thin Ice with Shoulder Bridge

Here, Kipling Solid MMP LA, of Solid Bodies in Highland Park, Illinois shows one of her "Roller on the Low Chair" exercises.

In this case, balance is the issue. Being on the roller really changes the stability and ability of the exercise.

How do you make an exercise like Shoulder Bridge more difficult? More weight, weight further away from the center, fewer contact points, change in tempo, change in tension.

And here, the difficulty is expanded by changing the stability of the contact points.
